Hog Island Sweet Red

Hog Island Sweet Red is a blend of Norton, Cab. Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. 3% residual sugar gives it a sense of sweetness which pairs well with anything chocolate.

Norton Blush

A dry light red wine fermented with just a little skin contact and lightly pressed. Notes of cherry and raspberry highlight this fruit forward wine. A red wine served cold!

Our newest wine, Susan Constant. This "port-like after dinner dessert wine has nice stone fruit flavors, great mouth feel, and goes down smooth without the afterburn one normally gets with an 18% abv. 

 

Bacon’s Castle Win

A blend of 70% Norton and 30% Petit Verdot. A bold yet fruity wine that is light on tannins, easy to swallow, and begs to be paired with a steak

Goat Tower Sangria

A “go to” sweet summer wine. A balanced blend of Petit Verdot, with natural flavors of orange, lemon and lime. Serve cold.
